I got my nails done, the technician didn't listen and made them shorter than what I wanted. I tried to say something to her and she ignored me. I dealt with the nails I didn't want and paid $60 for them. A couple hours after I got them done I lost a nail which I was very upset about. But I dealt with it, then I was doing my dishes and other chores around the house the rest of the nails began lifting. To the point where I had to remove all of them.
All of the staff always do an amazing job at Bb Nails. They are precise and invested in what they do, and are always friendly and able to get me in even without an appointment.
Perfect Valentines Day Nails! So happy with how they turned out. Went out on a limb and made an appointment at BB Nails for the first time, and it's safe to say that we will be coming back! (Tips are cash or Venmo only)
This place has TERRIBLE service!! if you don't like your nails they will tell you that they won't give you your money back. They are not reasonable or even respectful when it comes to serving their costume. Would not recommend going here
Nope I won't be going here again the man that did my nails did not impress me at all. When you have to go home and buff up under your nails smooth out the rough edges somethings wrong! when you leave the nail shop you shouldn't have to go home and do anything else to your nails! it wasn't worth the money at all.
