I was a first time customer, and originally had an appointment for 5:00pm, but there were a couple cancellations, so I was able to be bumped up earlier in the day (which was super convenient). The salon itself is in a great location, and they were incredibly accommodating. Prices are great too. My haircut was awesome and overall experience was great, I will definitely be coming back!
