My daughter went there to get her hair blown and they said they could do knotless braids for $280 and you also buy your hair. My daughter is young, she didn't know any better. The lady who obviously had never done a braid in her life supposedly did knotless braids and it was awful looking. To top it off the lady put rubber bands on the ends not burn the ends nor did she did in hot water. Once my daughter got home we all told her the basically robbed her of her money it was that bad. Why did the lady lie and say She could do something she couldn't. It was bad like a prank and then the raggedy lady had the nerve to say she's not giving the money back when we called back there and hung up in my daughter's face. Trash! They are not trustworthy!!! Don't go there especially for braids.
They put relaxer in the Shampoo unknowingly to my mom who also got color. When my mom washed her it fell out. They deserve zero stars.
I had a really good experience here it's Ben a while but I went to Heidy She is extremely professional and knows what she's doin she made my hair silky straight and beautiful ! Definitely recommend her if your coming here !
The ignorant as hell.... they tell you one price and then when you get to the cashier they say another price. They ghetto as hell and they had a nerve to try to get SMART!!! They charge $1 for Bobbi pins wth is going on....I'm an business owner myself I will NEVER conduct business the way they do don't wait until you finish a customer hair to change your price. After I asked them from the beginning how much they knew my granddaughter had long hair. The lady said $50 then afterwards charge me another price. I'm from out of town and I don't mind putting reviews on company. They started talking there language about me. They rude as hell. Never go there they place is dirty use the same towel they washed a customer hair with to clean the sink.
I've been going to Martha's for years and they never disappoint from thoroughly washing my hair, to deep condition, to trimming my ends, to permeant to semi permeant hair color. They have done it all and has done a great job. I've taken my Nieces there and I have 3 along with my daughter to get their hair done. Even got my son and boyfriend hair washed and blow dried to save me time lol so all I had to do was braid their hair. This will forever be my hair salon for my natural hair care.
