i got nails done and it was great i had bad experience at another salon and Mindy said no problem i will fix it and i just love love my nails and people asked me were i got them done and i sent them your way
Went originally for a gel manicure but had to switch to a regular manicure due to a time crunch on my end. I apologized and sat down in the chair and asked if I could just have my gel soaked off and a regular manicure with clear polish. The nail technician used the roatary tool to scrape off all of my polish with no soaking involved. Once he was done taking off the gel he asked me to pay before the manicure was complete. THIRTY DOLLARS to take off my gel with a tool and give me a half done manicure. They said it was 20 dollars for the manicure and 10 the take the polish off. I think it was completely over charging me because they were upset I changed from a gel manicure to a regular manicure. There was only one other customer in the salon on a Saturday morning. I don't understand how a "grand opening" business can try and get away with these prices. Call ahead and get your exact prices before you sit down and they start unless you want to pay through the roof.

I wouldn't even give this place one star. I have been getting my nails done for years and this was far most the worst. Horrible prices and sloppy and unhelpful to the max. If you have good taste and know anything about nails, you wouldn't go here. Surprisingly, even the owner was uninterested in helping.
