Beyond Salon and Nails in Eatontown, NJ

Honestly nobody there cares about anything you request, my nail technician gave me a terrible attitude because I wanted my nails shaped a certain way, i did not like the job done overall but I just wanted to leave so decided to mention at the register after paying... i was ignored, literally as the two ladies kept talking they didn't even look at me. I don't know, I work in retail and believe in good customer service.

I've been going here for a few years , always easy to make appointments on line, front desk staff always helpful and polite - I've had hair and nails done here with very nice success.

Of all things, l arrived for my appointment for the receptionist to tell me the owner made my appointment & forgot to put me in with Damon, and had nothing available for me.Sadly, she didn't seem to care l was in a dilemma & needed my appointment. I'll never go back.

I DON'T KNOW WHAT IS GOING ON HERE!! However, after being a customer for more than 6 years. I have to stop giving you chances. Ever since you had the state come in for the workers without licenses the staff have gone to shit. They clearly don't want to be there nor care about the customers. Maybe find local nail technicians and not bus them in from Brooklyn.

I'm generally the type to give second (and third, and fourth) chances, which is why I've been back here a few times. But I've finally accepted that it's not worth it... to have my nails *ruined* by excessive filing for a gel manicure... to have my cuticles cut and damaged by careless and messy work... Most disappointing is the unorganized staff, who seems genuinely uninterested in giving you a positive experience. They aren't even rude, they just don't seem to care at all. I've watched as polish was sloppily put onto my nails, pointed out the fact that there were bubbles on almost every nail, and been told "it's fine." I don't want an aggressive shoulder massage at the end of an already bad experience, I was only hoping for a decent manicure that I didn't have to do for myself. The final straw was a disastrous recent attempt at a pedicure. After a 10-15 minute wait, I finally got into a chair... I had an appointment and there were more staff members there than customers, so I have no idea what the issue was. The pedicure started with one man, and then another weirdly took over after about 5 minutes. Their combined attempts at "cutting" and "filing" left me with uneven, jagged nails; it ended with the worst paint job I've ever gotten. They completely missed when trying to shove a bag of paraffin wax onto one heel and my shoe/foot had to be cleared of the wax that went everywhere. The soundtrack to this chaos was a "love song" station blasting on the radio, audio cutting in and out the entire time. My point is this: I could have lit $30 on fire and asked my 3-year-old niece to paint my toenails and the outcome would be the same. Except in that scenario, I'd be hanging out with my rad niece and my expectations for her nail tech skills are already low.
