I looked for a long time for a hair replacement technician and finally found Leslie at Mane Image. If you have lost or thinning hair and looking for reasonable solutions Leslie has multiple options to help you. She has 30 years experience. A beautiful salon and wonderful staff. Leslie was as thrilled that she could help me as I was with the result.

I was referred to this place because for awhile my hair has been thinning out very bad due to the medications I take, I needed to do something but could not have hair replacement or anything with chemicals, because I recently had two mechanical heart valves put in and have to be very careful, went to meet up with Leslie the owner for a free consult and asked to meet with her one on one as I am very self conscious of the way my hair was looking, she was so sweet and understanding and I told her I just wanted a wig, but wanted a professional help, she suggested colors that would match my skin and styles to match shape of my face, I brought
her a picture to see if she could shape the one I purchased to that picture and she came very, very, close. She offered teaching on care of the wig and answered any questions I had, spent a lot of quality time with me, it looks very nice, and received many compliments. Worth the money invested. Everyone in the building was very nice.

Had the best experience with Botox for my face and laser for my underarms! Love the staff and how they made everything so painless and were super informative!

Biggest waste of money I've ever spent. Wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy. Owner is trashy, throws the "f" word around like there's no tomorrow. Purchased laser hair removal for my armpits, was never told about an additional $15 charge for all 6 sessions for a disposable tip they place on the machine. I spoke with Mary about it and another employee and they continued to state there was no other option, I showed them the previous yelp review where the owner responded stating the $15 tip did not have to be used and finally they caved but stated it would be brutal pain. It actually hurt less. So they lied to me for a total of 3 sessions to get more money. THEN, I go in for my last session and it's a new girl that tells me, "Mary is no longer with this company," and goes on to tell me that the way Mary had been doing my treatments was completely ineffective. I then asked for either a partial refund or a couple free sessions to at least hopefully lose SOME hair, she called me back and stated she spoke with the owner and they would give me nothing for my trouble. I have literally no loss of hair in my armpits and I'm $250 down the drain. Worst customer service, unprofessional and pathetic company. Complete scam, run in the other direction.
