Are 0 stars an option? Walked in and immediately was greeted very rudely stating that if we wanted our nails done to sign in and sit down it would be awhile. Waited an hour and still no one was working on me and my friends nails.
Are no stars an option?!?! My daughter spent $65 to get her nails done for vacation. We left the next day and they began peeling and chipping right away. We were in Arkansas for about 7 days so she was unable to get back to the shop to have them fix them but she sent photos and told them what happened. They said "It's probably because you were in the ocean." My daughter informed them that there is not an ocean in Arkansas. Their response was "It's probably because you picked a bright color." SMH. The only good things you can find at MC Studio Nails are excuses and ignorance, evidently. They did nothing to remedy their incompetence. Just a side note...they are also VERY slow there. Grosses me out how people are nowadays.
They did a great job on my nails and worked quickly. Although, they did charge extra for having one of the ladies do my hands while I had a pedicure, not sure if that's normal. But, otherwise great job.
This was the 2nd time we have been to this salon. Thought we'd give them another try since the first time they had not been open long when we went in December. But probably wouldn't go back a 3rd time.
The tech was a bit aggressive on the pedicure when she used the scrubber and caused my toe to bleed. My daughter was also nicked during her manicure. Think they need a bit more training.
I'm currently visiting from Pittsburgh Pennsylvania to help out family and I was in need of a full set of nails, so I checked Yelp and came cross this business... Super responsive and super helpful! Marie did an amazing job on my nails and she was super kind and sweet she even noticed a hangnail I had and took extra care of the area so that I wouldn't hurt. She paid attention to every little detail and took her time to make sure it was perfect. I am so in love with this set I haven't had nails this beautiful in ever and I think I may have found my new go to spot I just hope I'm in the area for a while longer!! They are on the pricier side for a full set (Price depends on length but mine was about 75) however it is so worth the money and I think it's a steal I love these nails so much and I can't wait to be back!
