this place should be shut down and all the workers should be fired from how my nails were done . i went there on august 15 the day before school i had a simple design simple and easy all i wanted was a french tip with the croc print in paint simple and easy . when i tell you they didnt do a french tip AND DID A LINE . A LITERAL LINE . no curve no nothing js a line with the print . he had the nerve to act like he js did his big one on this to THIS LOOKS AWFUL . i couldnt get a refund and get them re done or nothing . this place is the worst nail salon i have ever been to never and i repeat NEVER go here .
I've been coming here for years and the ownership changed. The service I've been receiving since the ownership change is iffy. I could have an appointment and someone would still get taken before me. Yesterday I went and got no chip polish and my toes chipped. I tried texting just to find out I had been blocked. Very unprofessional service counting I paid $125. I do NOT recommend going. Also they keep breaking my toenails and occasionally my nails yet I like them long.
Unfortunately I'm not able to rate this lower. The worst most disrespectful service that I have ever received. They speak Vietnamese in front of their clients as they look and laugh. I watched them disrespect an elderly person by looking and laughing between themselves. I spoke up and the man that was doing my pedicure punched my legs. I told him don't ever punch me again I will never return to this establishment.
I absolutely love Cali Nails! They do an amazing job and are always quick and efficient. I love that you can also schedule an appointment with them. I've never had a bad experience here! I recommend them to all my clients at the salon I work at.
Horrible service and never finished my nails. Literally started working on someone else after they started with removing my nail polish. Very rude and unprofessional. Avoid at all cost.
