Worst customer services ever. Went in around 3pm. Signed in for Pedi, fill in and repair and also told the lady in the front who asks what I needed. Get called to Pedi chair, one person being served. Soak for 15-20 min before a guy came from the back and took another customer. Lady finally comes out , did my pedi take me to Dyer. Asked who's doing my nails , surprise look! Ooh you wanted a fill in? Yes that what I stated when I walked in. States I asked you, ma'am you didn't ask me anything all you said was hello and is this your color. And I stated then that glitter color is for my nails. Now it closing time everyone looking craz
Seeing the negative reviews from years ago kind of shocked me and made me hesitate to try them out. I'm new to the area and been searching for a good nail tech that can give me my normal no chip mani/pedi, nothing extravagant. The first few times I came, the young man did my service, (I can't believe I forgot his name but he sits on the right hand side) he was pretty good. Today I tried a new person, Lynn was her name. She was awesome!! She took her time and I was very relaxed and she polished my feet and nails so neatly. Not to mention the owner gave out an early Mother's Day appreciation box. Very nice gesture, that's how you keep your customers coming back (APPRECIATION) ! Thanks
Open at 11a. I'm at door b4 1030a 1st person in the bldg 3rd person to get helped? Seriously? Why won't u take appointments anymore, I'd pay in advance.. I've come here for years.. Then I'm told wash my hands?? Did u wash yours?? No soap at the sink. . Last time i waited over 3 hrs to get my nails done. I tip over 30% every time.... I'm done..
First off I would like to say that they're very rude. My mother has been having health issues lately and this is not once but twice they've ask her "why is she so skinny? My mom has lost a lot of weight during this sickness but has been gaining her weight back!! She does not need to go into a place of business to be questioned by a none dr on why is she so skinny! You fucking idiot. That's like me asking you Asian "Why you can't grow eyelashes" or asking someone that's over weight "Why are you so FAT"....My mother will never place her foot back in that place...She will take her money else where and so am I. Pitiful and very disrespectful and I'm very disappointed.
