HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I've been to this salon for eyebrow waxing several times before, but I definitely won't be back. I came in at 6:40 and while I realize it was the end of the day, I wasn't even greeted! I waited for 20 minutes and no one so much as asked what service I wanted. The nail tech nearest to the reception desk was VERY rude when I asked if they were serving any additional customers since no one said anything to me. She replied that they couldn't stop what they were doing with other customers, but I never asked her to stop her work. Additionally, I don't think it's that difficult to simply say "hello" while you're painting someone's nails. I was very respectful when I spoke so it's unfortunate that I didn't get the same respect in return.
I use to go to this place years ago and they use do a good job. During my visit I found out they switched owners which makes a lot of sense. I got acrylic nails and the lady did such a bad job I almost cried. I'm never coming here again.
M nails is HORRIBLE.. Got my nails done on Saturday an Sunday next day 2 had broken.. The polish which was gel was lumpy n very ugly... Told her I would return for her to fix it. An when I did return she only wanted to polish over the bad job she did the first time... Don't go.. Very bad work n not ever worth the time...
This is a awful nail salon and I wouldn't encourage anyone to come and spend money here! They have poor customer service is very unprofessional and could care less about what the customer wants. I came here to get my nails done for my birthday weekend and the next day all of my nails was cracked and this is after I had them redone before ever leaving the salon because the older lady made them too bumpy and the younger woman had to redo them. If I could give a zero I would!
Been coming here for years. I typically see one particular nail tech and she takes her time to do my nails. The place is clean and the ladies are welcoming. Over the years I've noticed that they remember names and if people have babies they always ask about them. They have a much greater selection of powder nails now. For some reason they don't do American tips or at least they didn't a few years ago. I continue to come here because it's convenient to my home and they know my feet lol.
