Don't waste your time.... Never open, never answer phone, will confirm online appts but when you show up no one is there. Horrible!

I had to choose 1 star if not I would choose half. For three times this place has done me wrong.
I have had no luck finding this place open despite having had an appointment for a three times. The least they can do is reach out to people letting them know they will not be open.
I have reached out to Mint Hill stores apparently owned by the same person.
No one has bothered to reach back out to me or offer any kind of compensation for my lost time.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, GO ELSEWHERE!!!

Rude treatment. Weekly special, was told shampoo was not included but only after she was done. Last time I was here, after my last review, for the weekly special it was included. Asked for trim of the ear hair, was told she couldn't do it, but last time they did it no problem. What a lousy experience, probably will not be back again. And when I called in and asked to speak with the owner, the person that answered hung up on me.

This was my first time going to a place like this.  I use to go to lady Janes where my stylist was managing. Until they close. Thank God I had my stylist number. I call her to see where she was working. She told me Fantastic Sam's. So I book a appointment with her the same day. This place was great. Clean friendly and the prices was great. I will tell all my friends about this place. And I can bring my hold family. Love it. Thanks again Towanda you're the best. Love my new look. The color looks great. This is the nightmare of my life.  The so called hair dresser or colorist "Susan/Sussy" in late mid age and  wearing glasses with red dyed hair messed up my hairs. I was supposed to have copper dye. She skipped the step in the beginning and it didn't show much color  after first done.  Then she tried to fix it but it was overdone on the top. The terrible part is the  color in the middle part was dark. Later I asked the guy Manager to step in to take care of it. He didn't. "Susan/Sussy" continued to try to fix the discolored tone but the worst of my life happened that it  ended up 50 shades of orange over my hairs!!!! It was the worst experience of my life!! The manager finally stepped in and fixed it but that was not my original color planned. I had totally 4 dyes and it hurt my scalp so badly! I spent 6 hours there just to have hair dye  but no food, frustration and cold. I was trembling there.  For what had happened there, no staff came over to say anything to me. They all act so cold and insensitive. That "Susan/Sussy" never apologized to me.  Obviously she is untrained and inexperienced. Have I mentioned that the freaking sink was so hard like a knife stabbing to my neck when washing hair.

They put the untrained and inexperienced staff in the salon is "hurting" the customers!   I still can't get rid of this "trauma" even at the end it is fixed.   This salon is truly unprofessional and a disgrace.  They should close down!
