I don't usually post reviews but this deserves one. I have been a regular client at signature salon for 5+ years. I was looking for something more consistent in work , price and efficiency ! I walked in Sunday and was immediately greeted and sat. The owner has such a good vibe and was transparent about the price and I got exactly what I wanted and all my expectations were met beyond what I was used to. I have gotten so many compliments and can't stop recommending. 10/10!
I've read a lot of the reviews here and think most people who had negative experiences did so because they didn't clearly make their complaints known to the manager. I've been happy with my experience at M.Vince. If ever I've had an issue, I discuss it with the manager and it's been handled respectfully and professionally. If I've had a problem with my nails, I call and come back to get it fixed without any issues. The owner is very reasonable and considerate. I would highly recommend M.Vince to all my friends. I get compliments on my nails from strangers and recommend them whenever I do.
Used to be amazing. Solid okay now. The male owner is quite rude. It doesn't matter if you make appointments or not they take you whenever they feel like it. I made appointment for 2pm. One person started at 2:35 and then a second took over at 2:40 asking same questions over again. Price is good so I guess you get what you pay for
I moved here from Texas where the nail industry is very competitive and you have to be good to survive. In my search for a new nail salon, I have been to several awful places. I have found THE best nail salon in Ann Arbor with M Vince! It is clean, the people are professional and they know what they are doing!! They use quality products including my fave, OPI. I highly recommend M. Vince. My fave tech is Jenny, but I'm pretty sure you have to be good to work there!
I love coming here! They always honor my appointment time & do an excellent job. The salon itself is beautiful and clean.
