Best place for eyebrow threading in San Francisco. Love the place and lady working here is very precise and friendly. I would definitely come back again.
I used to love M&M- not so much anymore. For the second time, I called to see when they close, drove 40 minutes to get there, and the business is closed 20 minutes earlier than they said they would close (the first time the closed an hour earlier than they said!). It's hard for me to get there, so it's infuriating when they are dishonest about their hours. It used to be that I didn't have to worry about having someone who would shape my eyebrows the way I like them (and would shape them well); they used to have staff that knew current styles and were so good at it; that's not true anymore - they mean well, but don't know many options. It may just be time to go back to waxing.
Like others, this review is long overdue. I've been particular about my eyebrows since age 13, as a very hairy 8th grader... I've only had a few eyebrow threaders I've trusted, and M&M is on my list for multiple employees, most recently/specifically, Srijana... I have been growing out my eyebrows for a long time and am very sensitive about my eyelashes/thickness of brows. I am very specific/have high demands and they allow me to articulate, they talk to me, and they show me before moving forward. Srijana pays such close attention to detail, I am always impressed by her attentiveness and how she really does what the customer wants. I absolutely love M&M and this is coming from someone who has very high standards!!!
They provide really good service. Price is also very reasonable. I would highly recommend it.
