They have the best service and wonderful nails here! I highly recommend! I always get really cute designs and they do amazing!

This is my go to nail salon. They're the best; it's been my home salon for years.... they are conscientious, always do a fantastic job, have never ruined my nails, and when I've gone to other places and have gotten bad manicures or pedis that have resulted in major nail damage, they've fixed me up every single time. I will never stray again.  They do fabulous artwork for the holidays, and while they may not answer the phone periodically because they are busy I think that is a testament to their good reputation. I'm happy to frequent their small business and support them.

My mom and I went to get our nails done for a birthday outing. The staff here was really rude and unprofessional. My mom wanted the same color on her fingers and toes, and the tech made a mistake and put the polish away before doing my mom's mani. They then wanted her to get up and find the color again herself. Her pedicure was still wet, so my mom was walking carefully with the little flip flops on, but she still got up from the chair to find the color. I offered to get the color, but I didn't know which one it was. Then when my mom came back to the chair to sit she struggled to get back up into it. She struggles with pulling herself up sometimes, even if it's just a short hop up. The tech then laughed at my mom as she tried. I was on my way to help my mom as the tech was just laughing for a long while. I told the tech that was not kind, and she didn't even apologize. My mom is the sweetest person, and I was really disappointed by this. Ageism and a lack of empathy when someone has limited abilities is not ok. You can't always see someone's abilities from the outside, and it is embarrassing enough without someone laughing and making you feel worse. The tech should have been able to pick the polish she'd just put away and confirmed with my mom that it was the one she'd used so my mom didn't have to get up anyway.

Payed $70 for my nails and 3 days later the top coat and chrome is already falling off. Absolutely horrible.

I have been to this place several times. There is nothing major wrong with this place,  it's okay, nothing special, it's okay. I do have two issues that I'd like to share. Although I know this is common, I find it rude when while working on you, the manicurist converse with each other in Vietnamese. I don't want to hear about me being respectful to their culture, that's not the issue. The issue is their being respectful to me as a paying customer. Secondly, when this place is busy, they have the practice of not answering their phone. I have tried to call several times for a next day appointment and been greeted by no answer and no phone message. But, on a positive not, i go here  because it's close to home and the prices are reasonable.
