If I was allowed to give zero stars I would.
I brought my son in to this location with a photo of the cut he wanted. It should have been a very simple cut as I'm not even a stylist and gave my sever year old the same cut! They butchered my 12 year olds hair. It had a huge chunk taken out of the right side by his ear, the back hairline was very lopsided and the style was trash. She took way too much off the front and sides. I tipped her $15 before I got to the car and realized the mess that was my sons hair. She gave me a few cards for free cuts for new members. We spoke about the upcoming free cuts for vets as my husband is retired.
Today my son Inlaw took one of the cards for a free cut and got a haircut there. While there the girls said "who signed this card" to the other workers. The older heavier girl (my son's hairstylist) said "oh that was me", my son in law's stylist (a younger heavy set girl) then proceeded to cut my son in laws hair based off the photo my son Inlaw and daughter brought in. He had longer hair, she then grabs his hair in a chunk in the back and whacked it all off at once. Took off entirely too much of the front back and top and the blending is awful. It literally looks like my seven year old cut this boys hair !
Two different stylist and both horrific cuts !
I will never again refer anyone to this location again. Instead I will do the complete opposite and let everyone know the horror stories and show the photos of the nightmares these boys have to now live with for the next couple of months

Writing for my boyfriend-
Went into Sports Clips June 12th, he was sitting in the chair and she (Stephanie) asked him to put his feet on the bar of the chair which they already were and he stated that to her.  She said it again and he reapplied his feet. She then again snipped so he thought maybe she met the other bar the one that pumps the chair up so he put his feet there and said to her 'Am I supposed to pump my own seat up?'  She raises her voice and snips 'I have to have control of my chair!  I don't like to be touched!'  
He then took the cap off, said he wasn't going to stay with her attitude.  
We left.  It was so bizarre, I watched and listened to the entire thing.

I cannot wrap my head around how someone's job is to cut hair all week but yet they find a way to screw it up so bad that I question if the job requires too much thought for them to handle. I clearly stated how I wanted my hair cut: 1 faded to a 3 and a 6 on top. I even used my finger to point out how high I wanted the 1 to go on the side before they began to fad it. I told her in the middle would be great, didn't want a high and tight, and didn't want it too low. Its just a simple hair cut but apparently that was too much to ask for. I walked out with a high and tight as if I was marching my way to boot camp from the store. You know you got a bad haircut when you get home and the first thing you hear is "ooh who cut your hair." I'm not gonna name drop *cough cough Michelle* but if you walk into the store and they ask how you want your hair cut.... Just tallkkkkk reallllyyyy slowwww for her to understand.

So I have to say this location is great. Very friendly staff I would so recommend Sarah when you go get your hair cut she was so kind helpful and caring and loves a good conversation and has been cutting hair for long time   I loved my hair cut and will be back again

The lady who checked us in had an attitude about us not checking in online and told us there would be a thirty minute wait. An hour passed and the hair stylists were in the back and obviously taking their time for most of it. I've been to this location when it was way busier and didn't have to wait an hour. Don't expect them to care about wasting your time.
