Nail Pros in Wentzville, MO

I made an appointment here with a specific person-got there 10 min early-waited another 40. Was sat where a man filed them then waited some more. Finally a lady gets started on mine (not who I made the appt with) and in between doing mine she multi tasked and did three other people. I asked for a manicure-didn't get it and she skipped a few steps while doing my nails. I had uneven (high/low) spots and not all areas were filled. It cost more than the full set to get the Ombre' also. I waited to check out for about 6 min before someone came. My full set cost $75.00 and when I questioned it I was told it was because I got coffin shape as different shapes whether round or square or coffin can cost more-NOWHERE DOES IT SHOW THAT & that Ombre' with sparkles is extra-didn't show that either but figured it would cost a little more but never have I EVER paid more for design, air brush etc.  than the nails cost them selves. No stations were sanitized in between customers and one technician had no mask on. I was told I would get a $10.00 my next fill-NO THANKS. I went and had them fixed at another salon and they commented about the poor quality of who did them. They didn't ask who did them but they fixed the set. I do not recommend going here and I have been getting my nails done for years-worst experience ever for a new customer. If anyone from the business is reading this I hope you updated prices for future customers because that is false advertising & misleading. I will never be back found a new place where charges are correct and quality is 100% better.

I went to get a mani/pedi today and was helped by Nelisa! She was amazing, very personable, gentle, and made sure I got exactly what I wanted! I enjoyed my experience there very much, would definitely go back!!

I highly recommend NOT going here! I went here to gel and they talked me into getting Dip because they said they could guarantee that it would last 2 weeks. 3 days after getting them done the Dip chipped off of 3 nails and when I went back to get them fixed they took off all of the nails to "fix" them and then told me that they were going to charge me another $40 to redo. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The staff is unfriendly and the service is very low quality!!

Yesterday was my first time at Nail Pros on Wentzville Parkway. I understand going to any nail salon on the weekends that it will be busy but the attitude I received was a bit uncalled for. I asked if I could just do bubble bath and it turns out they do not carry OPI products which is fine so I chose a light pink off their shellac nail color selection . After waiting approximately 15-20 min,I was called back and the nail tech started shaping my nails. I asked if I could do the color she had on her nails. She mentioned that it was the powder dip and I replied "oh, I can just stick with the shellac but she said that it was fine to do. After making the switch the owner called me out and was like "oh I thought we were doing polish change" so after she rushed through the powder dip,I paid and left. I tipped 25% which was more than deserved. I get a text from these people at 10:00 pm last night explaining to me that they had to squeeze me in and there were people ahead of me which was a complete lie. They also do not include any cuticle trimming or lotion on their manicures (it will cost $5 dollars extra) service was not even offered to me. This behavior is very unprofessional on so many levels. Do not reach out to people after 9pm because that's just common courtesy. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this nail salon.
