Would rate 0 stars but that is not an option. I asked for a simple design which required two circles and two LINES. However, they did not comply. The man rushed me and was picking up PHONE CALLS during my appointment. Then, about a year ago my family member wanted to use a gift card her brother got her for Christmas and they said she could not use it before the holidays, even though it said that NO WHERE on the giftcard. Finally, just 2 months ago i asked for a red solid color and they, once again did not comply, and gave me a TOTALLY different color. I would suggest for the owner of this business to reevaluate their life choices and employee skills. -Anon
I have been going to this nail salon for years. The quality has taken a nosedive in the last year! I have tried again twice in the last month. The technicians say ok and then do the exact opposite of what you requested! I am very disappointed in both the manicure and pedicure!
I have been going to luxury nails for the past 4 years .It used to be very good. Now it's become really mediocre. Today, I got my manicure and pedicure done, and the girl did a really bad job. Ypu didn't even give me a massage after the manicure. When I mentioned she goes"Oh, sorry, we forgot it's happened many times. I gave them chances. Sadly, I am leaving a bad review now ."this place is expensive workers have become careless.i wasted my money and time .cuticles are there. nail colour got messed up cus she decided to put a towel in it
I have been going here for more than four years, but I will not be going back again. The technicians get annoyed if you ask them to do or "fix" something. It seems that they're always rushing, rather than giving your nails the service and care they need - and that you're paying for. However, they think nothing of making you wait (and wait) for them. In addition, the little things like the shoulder massage and hand massage have disappeared. The salon's manager is rude and has an attitude. I am truly disappointed that Luxury Nails has gone so far downhill - it used to be a five-star establishment.
I have been going here forever years. I think they are the best in this area. Their pedicures are the best. They do a great job with gel manicures as well. Highly recommend this place
