Luxe Nails in Nashville, TN

Cute place, great job on the nails. Friendly staff. A few male nail professionals, which was refreshing.

I got a black tip French mani with an accent line. I like a thicker tip and he did it perfectly. Exactly what I wanted. Very pleased with their work, their service, they offer something to drink as well (wine, coffee, etc. I got white wine), and the look of the salon.

A friend recommended this place so I had to try out! I called same day to make an appointment and they had a lot of availability! I showed up 20 minutes early to my appointment and the happily started on my nails early!

One thing I didn't love is the parking situation. Because of the area I had to park and walk about 5 minutes. Parking in Hillsboro Village can be tough because they will ticket and limited spaces.

The lady who did my dip manicure was sweet. I could tell she took her time in what she was doing and was very gentle. She made sure I liked the mail length! I was also offered a drink twice!

The interior of the place was super cute and very clean!

Overall I had a great experience and I will definitely be back!

Love this place! It's always so clean and the staff is so friendly! It makes getting your nails done feel like an experience and less of a chore. My favorite place in Nashville!

Unfortunately, I can't even speak on the nail services because 2 out of 2 appointments I attempted to go to were ruined by terrible customer service. The first appointment I called and made was for a few days out - the day before the appointment they called me and said they needed to cancel my appointment or schedule me with a different technician. I requested a specific tech based on a referral from a friend. So, while I was frustrated they didn't offer to put me elsewhere on her books, I understood and just allowed my appointment to be cancelled.
About a month later, I call again to make an appointment with this specific technician. Appointment day comes and they called me while I was on my way to the appt to ask me if I was coming... (this was 30+ minutes prior to my appointment). The woman was pretty rude but I assured her, yes, I'm on my way and will be there on time! We got off the phone but I ended up calling them back to ask about parking - since I'd never been, but knew the Hillsboro Village area, I just wanted to make sure I knew where I needed to park.
She literally told me "it's lunch so it's pretty packed - you need to just drive around until you find something." Verbatim. So, I get there, and just as she said - it was packed. I drove around for 10+ minutes trying to find a spot - I still couldn't. At this point I'm late, and they called me again- telling me they were going to have to cancel my appointment.
I couldn't believe it- I had been on time and communicative with them about finding parking and they were still cancelling my appointment for being late. While I'm literally in my car, looking right at the salon but unable to park. All they did was reiterate their late policy...
I was so hopeful to have a great experience but honestly can't believe how rude and unprofessional the staff at Luxe Nails is. Will not be attempting a third appointment and will be deterring all friends and family from going there.
Nail salons and hair salons have crazy schedules & lots of juggling to do, which I am understanding of, but kindness and a pleasant experience should still be a priority.

Had an absolutely terrible pedicure experience here. It took over an hour to complete. Process was out of order and not relaxing at all. Did not do a good job. Complained to management and still charged full price. Walked out to my car after and had a $50 parking fee as it took that long. I will never be back here.  Take your money elsewhere
