Service here has been great since day 1. Finally found a nail bar close to home. Friendly and courtesy from the front desk to the service. I go once a month for my nails to get a dip and get compliments every time. Also have gotten pedicures and they helped me match my dip to my pedicure for a special occasion.
I will not go back. it hasn't been a week and my nails have chipped. I inquired on the chrome and it was $25. I declined and my nail person conversed with the other worker about my decision and it was rude.
Got my nails done here 4 days ago and had to go get them completely re done at a different salon today. The salon itself is super cute and the techs are super nice. My nails ended up being much longer than I wanted, really not a big deal though, i'm not super picky. The NEXT day as I was picking up a box one broke. Get it redone that night by a different tech. The color was different which still isn't a huge deal but it also ended up being even longer than before and way too thick. Then two days later, THREE of my other nails break all on separate occasions, the same day. Not to mention, I walked out of Noire paying $90 (didn't have to soak off when I went here). Had to soak these off at a different salon and walked out only paying $75
I LOVE this place!! The staff is so nice and keep everything clean! Sarah has been doing my nails for months now and I always leave feeling so beautiful. My natural nails have gotten so long and healthy since I started seeing Sarah. GO SEE HER!!! You will not regret it!!!
Worth noting that after I broke my arm, she went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure I was comfortable and that she was gentle in her services!!

First off, nice people in there but I had a horrible experience! The tech who did my nails 5 days ago sawed down my cuticle so aggressively and then proceeded to do the dip nails. I didn't think anything of it until a day later that finger was so infected and it only got worse. I went back and the guy there took off the infected nail and proceeded to say how I probably just bumped it...uh no sir your nasty dip powders are harboring bacteria. I ended up going to the ER to get the infection taken care of because it was so bad and my whole finger was swollen like a balloon. And now on top of the ER bill the infection was MRSA! of course treatable but MRSA...beware of this salon. I want to ask for a refund but their rules say all sales are final and they don't do refunds.
