European Wax Center in Nashville, TN

This is in no reflection towards the technicians but towards management. I went in with the impression that I had one more left on my pass. Went in and was Informed I was out and so I purchased a new pass. Not only did I have one more I ended getting fully charged rather then monthly. When calling to get this sorted I was basically given the run around after calling six times. Each time with an excuse of manager is not here, just left, will call back. I even went to ask for the next person up, the district manager, and told I would be given a call back. Not once did that happen. I'm an understanding person and it didn't bother me calling back after the third or so time but once it reached the sixth time it felt rude. When I officially got ahold of someone in charge they told me they would cancel but a $25 cancellation fee would be charged. All I'm saying is that's not that way you treat customers and you lost someone. On top of it all my bank ended up fixing it and they still never refunded me themselves.

I have been coming here every few weeks for the past couple years to see Angie and she does an amazing job on my eye brows. They are always looking great for my event that usually shortly follows my visit and I always look forward to my next waxing. Angie is nice, great conversationalist and always happy to help you find products to boost your waxing experience! Highly recommend you coming to see her for your waxing needs!

Also they usually have great wax packages you can purchase during your visit to budget for future services.

I've been waxing for about 8 years in various places I've lived, and this is by far the worst location I've been to in terms of safety and quality control. I'll spare you the details of my injury, but it was pretty severe in a sensitive area, and took me 4 weeks of consistent calling to get ahold of a manager for a refund. She still didn't even ask me about the injury, so I'm not confident it won't happen again to someone else. For your safety go somewhere else, even a different EWC location will be better than going here.

Would have nothing bad to say about this place if they didn't burn the crap out of under my eye brow. Underneath my eyebrow is completely raw and swollen. It almost looks worse than when before I went

I understand that there are a lot of technicians rotating because of the high turnover rate of EWC so it makes sense that people are leaving pretty mixed reviews. I was with Angie who's been at this center the longest and she was really great, sweet, and obliged all my needs even though I was a teensy bit late. She was SO efficient, and especially speaking as someone who was casually taught by other waxers how to do it to myself (I am NOT a licensed aesthetician or any of the sort btw, full disclosure).
