Luxe nails (State location) in Boise, ID

My mom and I have been going here for over a decade! The staff here is amazing, kind and always does a good job. Hemmy (sorry if I spelled that incorrectly) did my manicure the most recently, she gave me exactly what I wanted, was so kind and very detail oriented. I don't know why these guys only have 3 stars! This is my absolute favorite place to go! Katy is my mom's go-to woman and she also kills it every time!

i don't know why they had such a bad rating i think this place is awesome. i've been going here for years and they have great service and paint great nails. would recommen.

I really liked this nail salon. I was a walk-in and they got me in a chair right away. The salon was clean and everyone seemed friendly. The girl who did my nails was quick and really made me feel relaxed. I'll definitely be back.

This is the worst place in the valley. I took my 85 year old mother here to get her nails removed because she is having surgery  tomorrow.  I could not stay in with her because they were burning incense in there and it was affecting my asthma. When my mom came out after getting her nails removed, she stated that we needed to leave because she was in lots of pain. I asked where she was hurting and she said her hands were killing her. I asked her why her hands were hurting and she said because they Pried  her finger nails off. I said they didn't soak them off? She said no they use the tool and stuck them under the fake now and pried it off my real nail. She was there for an hour. I did not go in and complain because my mother asked me not to. However, I did call them and let them know that I was reporting them and I am filing a report with the license bureau. I can't believe they were torture somebody like that. My mother has never had her nails removed before.. She did not know that they could be soaked off, which is pain-free as I've had that done before. This place needs to be shut down. To treat a human like that is unbelievable. I really doubt that nail tech would've done that to her 85-year-old mother. I will try and post pictures of what her fingers look like but I won't be able to take them until tomorrow. My mother has been going to this place for three years. She won't be back.

I'm surprised the star rating is only 2.5 here. I love coming here for my nails. It's clean and organized and the staff is kind and does a great job. I come here frequently and also brought a part of 6 once and everyone had a wonderful time. We were all pleased with our nails.
