Had the worst haircut of my life one side of my head has three inches the other has 5 , totally lopsided, and that was the side "fixed by the supervisor " supposedly this was an advanced student.

I have been coming here for 4 years now and have been happier than a school in CA that my niece graduated from. It's very clean and spacious. The teachers/instructors are the same since I first started coming here, and they are professional and friendly. They know and acknowledge repeat customers. I go to Faze II and Brook has helped me with my blonde root touch up on my last two visits. She has cut my hair and put them in rollers for me because my hair doesn't take a curling iron. I have been bringing my 90 year old auntie here for her hair cuts and a style. She always looks beautiful when done. She has also had pedicures here. I'm a senior, picky about my hair, and concerned with prices. This establishment covers everything just great for me.
The teachers are amazing and work really hard to give you the best education they can but the place is kind of a dump. It was always so cold because the heater was broken and every time it rained the roof was leaking and it was kind of dirty, they need to hire a cleaning crew to do a real deep clean on the place.
If I could give 0 stars I would. As an attendee of this school this is probably one of the worst educational organizations I've seen. The teachers are great but admin needs some help. I'm surprised that corporate hasn't sent people over to pick up the pieces. Even the facility needs help, from leaky roofs to overall rundown everything. Makes me wonder where their budget is going if not to the education of the students on the improvement of their educational experience. From overbooking and denying students lunches etc. If you're looking for a school I'd look elsewhere.
