Jen gave me the worst Experience She has the personality of a fish actually I think a fish has more personality No smiles no hello no thank you didn't even talk to me as I was getting my haircut. Granted I told her I was a picky customer and because of it I got a mismash haircut. When I showed her a section of hair she missed she threw up her hands and said she wasn't going to fix it. I in turn told her I would not be returning she said good because you are a terrible customer. If you do go to hair plus do not ask Jen With her dirty hair and crummy attitude

Desi was wondering! She was always friendly and kind. She was super flexible and accommodating. I would highly recommend her.
However, the 6 laser hair treatments didn't work at all. I'm not sure if it's because the setting wasn't up high enough or if I need more treatments, but I honestly didn't see much of a difference with the 6 treatments I got. Which I'm a little disappointed.

Got a really great microdermabrasion facial with Desi today and my skin feels AWESOME! Desi was so cool and thorough with the facial and pointed me to some really great future treatments. The conversation was great and, again, my skin is glowing. I'd definitely recommend getting a facial here!

Loves going here to get facials from Sarah. She is super professional and wants to make sure that you get your monies worth and have a great experience. Even though I love getting treatments from Sarah, I will not be going anymore to this salon. The reason is the owner. I had booked a treatment that used one of the machines, my appointment was in the books and everything. The day of my appointment the owner decided that she wanted the room and I couldn't get what I had originally wanted. Sarah was super apologetic and we did other things, but it wasn't what I had originally wanted. An owner that sees an appointment and then completely disregards it, isn't a place that I want to go to and spend my money at.
