Milla had a GROUPON AD for color. I called her and left a message that I wanted to make an appt. I also texted her a few days ago.
I heard nothing from Milla.
I went online yesterday (Wednesday) and booked a 12 noon for today 10/26. Online it shows that you have to wait and hear from the stylist to know for sure confirmed.
I heard NOTHING so I called Luxe DeVil last evening. I left a VERY DETAILED message that I was waiting to hear from Milla & could they reach out to her as I didn't want to presume I had an appt and drive there for nothing.
I still have heard NOTHING and it is past noon.
Milla you should NOT be putting GROUPON ads out if you are going to discriminate against those who want to get the special.

Josie usually does my icy blonde and does so excellently. My hair doesn't always take the toner or bleach, and she'll redo it to ensure it's perfect. She basically has her PhD in hair chemistry. I decided to get a vivid temporary color that'll fade into a cool blonde this time, and she never fails to impress me! It took forever because she had to do the blue twice to get it perfectly even and mixed 3 different shades to get the color just right for my red undertones. Im obsessed. Most of the stylists here do fabulous bright and bold colors. Josie does the best ash blonde in the city, and i had to endure a series of bad dye jobs to learn that. I'll update with my blonde next time i go in because the versatility and expertise of the stylists here is what makes it a place that you should check out if you want your hair color, natural, highlights, or brights done absolutely perfectly.
Plus the inside's decor is such a vibe, and they have free stickers, and cool earrings for sale too! I cannot recommend it enough !
