Good quality nails will last for a while and nice people and the vide was very nice.i like this nail salon a lot definitely will be coming back.

We did 2 pedicures and 1 manicure. My pedicure was not great. They $15. Extra for gel on toes and that is outrageous. In Florida it is only $5. Extra. They messed up the polish on both toes.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY, FRIENDS. I've never written a negative review in my life and even felt so strongly that I downloaded the Yelp app solely to write this review and warn others. Came from out of state to visit family. Wanted a girls' day with lunch and manicures. I was excited when I deduced that my manicurist was the owner, thinking he must be the best of the nail technicians there and that my nails would be gorgeous. All I asked for was the typical white-tipped French manicure acrylics, probably the most typical service a nail salon could deliver. First of all, the rudeness was unbelievable. I have never had a manicurist literally swat my hands around and yank and shove me around like this guy did. My nails are laughably crooked. Every nail is pointing straight to the side. BADLY. I'm the type who'd rather walk out with a horrible haircut than be confrontational, but I said something THREE times, as politely as possible, about them being crooked. My mother agreed they were insane. My sister was hysterical. He "tried" to fix them twice (so aggressively and angrily that my fingers are sliced in multiple places from aggravation), and his "fixing" wasn't making anything better, so he switched tactics and told me they aren't crooked and I'm imagining it. Even if they were perfectly straight, this is the worst manicure I've ever seen. Thick, chunky, crooked, all the white lines are diagonal, one thumb isn't even fully connected to my nail and he wouldn't fix it. We've been laughing at them all day, but I'm also pretty upset with how I was treated, the $53 I wasted, and the time I'll waste soaking them in a bowl of acetone when I get home tonight because I cannot go to work with nails this embarrassing. I've had a better manicure playing nail salon with my toddler niece. My mom and sister had the same young woman attending to them and she was both extremely kind and talented. Looking at other reviews it seems I am far from the only one with a terrible experience. Buy glue-on nails from CVS instead.

I moved back to the area, and was looking for a nail salon. The first time I went to Lucky I was so happy I had found a wonderful place, but honestly that was the last time I was truly satisfied. I stuck with them hoping to get the satisfaction I first got for 4 years. A month ago I finally had it..the pedicure was so so..but the manicure that had been done by the owner was pathetic. I came home and finished it myself. The owner is so consumed about making money, I feel, that he is sacrificing quality. These people need some days off. They always seem busy, I think the people that do the fancy stuff are probably pretty good, I always just want the basic , but still it is over $40.00 and with tip, you spend $50, and are treated kind of rude, and are unsatisfied, I finally gave up. If you have Kevin or Danny, your nails will be perfect. Otherwise, you might as well do your own. The owner himself does a sloppy job & is rarely in a good mood anymore.
