Extremely rude service! Made an appointment for 9:15 and I was 5min early. I was told to sit and wait an hour or longer . Don't act like you are the only nail place in town! Learn customer service skills! FYI it was the owner!

I had a pedicure there today, first time in my life not tipping. I left with same exact calluses I went in with. I tried to tell the gentleman what I wanted and he just looked at me. I told him to not touch my arch as I was vey ticklish there and instead he concentrated on that area. If they can't understand any English have someone there to translate. My last time there.

So my daughter took her to CJ Nails as an early Christmas gift. DJ was my nail tech. Absolutely not friendly! He said that he was incapable of doing an ombre on shorter nails. I asked if someone else could and he told me that it just couldn't be done. So then I showed him the other design that I liked. Attached are pictures of the design I asked for and want I got. Also please look at the poor quality of this job.
