Wouldn't say job was particularly well done. Both toes and fingers were streaky, could have used another coat. However, these people are extremely polite. This customer in the chair beside me was a monster, telling the poor guy doing her nails how to do every last aspect of his job. She didn't even know what she wanted. They treated her very well, way better than she deserved. Ladies, be nice to your nail tech. They're working in a customer service field, not slavery.

There are new nail technicians working at Love Nails that are pretty good. There's Lily and Hung and some others. Apparently, they came from Unique Nails and had years of experience behind them. I like how Love Nails offer free water or some coke to their clients when requested. Their pedicure chairs are just awesome. Personally, I love the massages in their manicure and pedicure. They even offer soft scrubs, hot towels, and hot rocks in their pedicure, all for $24. The only part I don't like as much is the movies they show on TV. They have some good movies on but they're pretty old. Like from almost 10 years ago. I like more recent movies but that's just me. Overall, I would say it's a pretty good experience going to Love Nails.

Terrible manicure here today. Left with nails looking worse than when I went in and also bleeding a bit. Started out with slightly long nails with curved edges (my preference) and left with squared nails of varying lengths (very disappointing). Crappy nail polish, not very clean, questionable sanitizing of tools. And as soon as another woman walked in, the technician started speeding through my manicure and skipped steps, like the quick buff of the tops of my nails, which needed it. All around disaster.
