On a positive note, they have a lot of different polishes, powders and treatments available. that's where the positive ends. They did an OK job on my fingernails but they're underfiled and still rough around the edges and there is excess powder residue even after washing my hands with the brush. I was told there were three options for pedicure. I chose the middle one, being upgraded with extra massage time, a scrub and a hot towel. The extra massage ended up being the time it took to put lotion on and for two legs, the time was exactly 38 seconds total! I was shocked. That's not an exaggeration, I stopwatch timed it because I wanted to compare it to other places I've been. There was no foot massage at all. I wanted shellac but he said it wasn't a good idea because of my toenails were "thin" so I went with regular polish and it's on my cuticles and is thinner in some places. The ineffective scrub left excess skin still on my feet. I paid $45 for this. It looks no better than when I came in. I questioned the length of massage and appearance of the nail polish and was dismissed because they were busy with other people. I took the pictures while sitting in the nail salon so there's no questioning that this was their freshly done mess. While I was waiting for the terribly done regular polish to dry, another client called in and said she was canceling due to having tested positive for Covid yesterday and they told her they were going to be out of town next week and she could come in later in the week if she felt better. That's not how it works, you're contagious for at least a week. So they're wide-open for taking appointments for confirmed Covid cases and then traveling to other states to spread it. I just moved here and was hoping this could be my spot since it's so close to my house but I'll never come back.
