My first trip to Lotus was this last summer, had a facial, a back facial and pedicure. All were excellent! The staff was lovely. Owner was there and attentive! Very very pleased with the experience. I did go back and get a hair trim after that which also was perfect! Highly recommend
The only reason I'm giving a one star is because of the ridiculous price increases on nail services. They want to charge extra for EVERYTHING. If you want the acrylic nails longer than your fingertip, EXTRA! What person gets acrylic nails that aren't past their fingertips? They finally got a good nail tech and then suddenly start to price gouge on all nail services. They don't even have a lot of choices when it comes to nail polish and polish for designs, but they will be sure to charge extra for it! Will be taking my business elsewhere to get the same services for much less.
I love that I can do it all here! Botox, massages, facials, mani/pedi! They have great packages and it's my go-to for gift cards for my friends!
Maria Isabel trimmed my hair, exactly as I wanted it. I've been letting it grow, and the ends were in serious need of attention. I asked her to cut it so that it would slightly curl under on its own, and she did a beautiful job!
