Got a Brazilian with Krystyna and absolutely loved my experience. She was so sweet and professional, making me feel SUPER comfortable because this was my first time. The location is cute and everything inside the wax room was clean and sterile. 100% recommend, I will be a return customer for sure!

I debated about writing a review for two months. I finally decided I should to save others time and money. I'll begin by saying I do admire the owner, Marci, and her success story. She shared it with me when I had her fix my first set of extensions. She seems like a great person and savvy business woman. I noticed my lashes were sparse so I tried falsies for a while before deciding to try lash extensions. I Googled and used Facebook to decide where to go. Chic Lash had mostly great reviews and two friends recommended them on Facebook. I arrived for my first appointment with no idea what I was doing. I expected to see examples, pictures to give me an idea of what I wanted. I was told they didn't have any because everyone has a different eye shape and lashes are different, so they don't want to disappoint clients with a different result. I didn't get that. I mean, we all have different shaped heads and hair texture, but you walk into a salon, you look at pictures for ideas. They assigned me a Lash Tech and off I went. Not knowing what to expect, I did a Classic (natural look) set. They looked decent after I was done. But then when I actually did my full makeup, my lashes looked like I forgot to apply mascara on full made up eyes. I paid $150 + tip, I was not happy. I messaged the salon on Messenger and was scheduled with Marci to fix them. When I met with Marci, she listened to me and delivered a better look. No charge for the fix either. Professionally handled all around by Marci. I scheduled my next fill with Marci but was notified a few days before that she wasn't available. They rescheduled me with my original Lash Tech. I wanted to be nice and give her another shot. I mean, they obviously believed in her ability rescheduling a previously disappointed client with the person who disappointed. I went in, paid $75 + tip, came out thinking they were decent, but not as nice as Marci had done. I went back a couple more times. The second to the last time, I just realized I was not happy. This time, my Lash Tech told me I had poor retention and my next appointment would be a 90 minute appointment for $90.00!! And, at this last appointment, they shared with me their "discount" program. Laughable and only stupid people would buy into this. For $89 a month, save 20% on services and products. For $69 a month, 15% savings and for $49 a month, 10% savings. I calculated this based on what I was doing already. Initial set at $150 with fills every two weeks at $75, comes out to $1,950.00 annually. Pay $89 per month to get 20% savings, equals $1,068.00 a year for "savings" on just services. This equals a $390.00 savings on services of $1,950.00, so paying $1,068.00 reduces my services cost to $1,560.00. BUT...add the cost to save 20%, my yearly service is now $2,628.00!! Ridiculous. This doesn't include the 20% tip added each time you have a service done. So, after this, I went home and started calling other salons, asking a lot of questions. I was surprised. Looking back, I should have called around rather than go with the reviews and recommendations alone. I was going on a trip right after my next scheduled appointment so I rescheduled with Marci. But as it got closer, I realized I wasn't happy with their services. The thought of their "discount" program alarmed me. It didn't feel right. So I called and canceled. I was charged 1/2 of my service fee because I canceled without proper notice. I messaged Marci once more about this entire experience, expressing my disappointment and sharing that I was charged for late cancellation. What struck me about her response is she mentioned the Lash Tech I was assigned was inexperienced, only a year under her belt. If I had wanted better work, a "Master Artist" would have been assigned and at "Master Artist" pricing. No one ever gave me the option to choose. I don't mind paying for good service, to get what I expect. And to top it off, no refund on the late cancellation fee, not even as a gesture of good faith. So...I literally wasted about $500 at this place. I went elsewhere. They had pics, they showed me different lash samples. My lashes now look and feel great! Bottom line, ask a lot of questions and lower your expectations if you choose to ho here. Ask for Marci or someone at her level if you want good work. And stay clear of the "discount" program.

Got a Brazilian and lash lift! Lots of compliments on my lash lift and tint. The salon is super cute and has specials. I called and left a message and they were really good about getting back to me. All the staff was super friendly.
