I've come in at least 3-4 times on different occasions to inquire about getting my hair done within the last 2 years. I have had experiences where I have felt that they didn't want to do my hair. I. Thinking, is it that bad? I haven't experienced welcoming stylists there. Not friendly at all. I've asked about twists and they act like they hadn't had any availability at all for it. Not for that day or other days. It was very strange. I never had this experience anywhere else. I thought, let me give them another chance and tried a different day. They told me to wait until the lady come which I'm assuming is the owner. She had no time in her schedule either. She didn't even check a schedule to see when she would have availability. The customer service here is very poor especially walking out feeling like, what the heck? Nobody in there wants to do my hair? As a black woman with natural hair, I thoughts alone who say they specialize in natural hair, would make you feel welcome and help you embrace your transition. So glad I found a different salon that is extremely helpful in fostering healthy hair!
