Been going here for awhile. Stopped in with no appointment for a no chip manicure and I'm assuming the person was 'new'. My nails were misshapen, uneven and polish was 'bumpy'. She ground my natural nail as if i had acrylics and made them so thin they were hurting. I complained when I was paying and an older woman who works there just stood with her hands on her hips glaring at me. I will never go again as my natural nails are ruined , it's been only 4 days and the polish is peeling off and 2 of my nails cracked already. Never Again!!! I give this place negative stars!!!
i would never usually leave a review but this was an unpleasant experience. the french tips turned out really bad, but they still ended up charging me a high price. if you're more into modern nails, i would advise you not go here. i only gave 2 stars because the colors are cute together. the middle picture is what i left the salon with, the right is the reference picture and the left is after i fixed it a little.
if i could give this place negative stars i would. my sister comes to this place on a regular basis, today they sent her out looking like this??? she asked for an almond shape I cannot believe someone would send her out with every single nail on her right hand so crooked???? her original color she requested was very transparent, so without asking they painted her nails white first and then put the sparkle on???? and when she asked if they could change the color because it looked terrible they gave her a hard time and attitude?? what kind of business is this this is terrible. i've been getting my nails done for 10+ years on a regular basis and this is the worst crack job i've ever seen. she will be attending my recommended salon from now on. do yourself a favor and save your money by not walking into this place!!!! the owners should be embarrassed at the lack of customer service and quality of their work. ridiculous. for those reading needing better places Queen Nails on black and 59 is a great place, great quality and a little more pricey. and so is Ever Nail in Crest Hill amazing quality best bang for your buck! i'm attaching my pink nails from ever nail for reference!
They do not give you correct mail shape! Showed them Inspo picture and it looks nothing like it. I think they notice it and are too lazy to correct it and still overcharge for horrible nail work.
Love this place! Lynn is great! Always leave very happy with my nails. So close to home too.
