Livonia Nails and Spa in Livonia, MI

I rarely ever get my nails done and this place was just subpar. I asked politely for the individual to make sure from side to side and top to bottom of my nail to be painted. Unfortunately I have some white areas on sides of my nails. I know a lot of places in the Livonia area are not great; but I also would suggest staying away from this location. Also I showed them a picture of gradient glitter and took two tries and I just went with a simple gel manicure.

Pretty good serves lots of money and made my nail beds bleed but overall pretty good and followed picture 100%

I had a great experience today getting a fill with shellac and a shellac pedicure. James did my nails and really took his time. You could tell he cared about the quality of his work. My nails look amazing! Thank you

I used to swear by this place but I will no longer be getting my nails done there and I will never recommend them to anyone. The last 3 times I have gone there I have left crying. The first time I asked for a polka dot design on one of my nails and showed her a picture. I reminded her at the end that I wanted the polka dots and she reassured me that she knew and was goi g to do it. We got to the end of the manicure and she said she was done. I had already spent over an hour there for just a manicure so I left. The next day I came in and asked if they would do the design and that I would pay. Ty way told me they would but I'd have to wait a few minutes. I had no problem waiting. I didn't realize I would wait for 45 minutes without any helps. They started taking customers that had arrived after me so I left. Disappointed again. The last straw was today. I went it right at opening to get a dip mani. They immediately took me and has me start to soak my nails in acetone to remove the previous dip manicure. They had me soaking for 40 minutes, which I am sure is terrible for your nails and your skin. I got my nails done and they are filled with flaws like the one attached. Plus at the end of the manicure she never even massaged my hands with lotion. I have always put my tip on the card and today she asked me if I had cash for a tip. Since when?? An hour and a half later, for just a mani, I left disappointed again. I get very little alone time as a mom to treat myself and this is my one form of self care. I will no longer leave a nail salon is a worse mood than when I got there. Im done.

Great service! They were able to fit me in even though it seemed that every manicure table was full. Jayden really seemed to take pride in the manicure and he did a great job. Especially like that he cared about the entire process... even the drying process. Thanks!
