Horrible manicure. My nails are still messed up. I had a gel that was to be taken off. Some random drilling and soaked for about a minute. It ran down my sleeves. Polished with regular nail polish and six weeks later my nails look like they have stucco on them. Would never go back
Do not waste your time or money here. The techs are not friendly, the place is not clean and they perform poor service on any type of nails. I've gone in multiple times to be blown off by the nail techs when others have shown up after me, so it forced me to wait longer to get my nails done. I've also gone in and they've rushed my nails, doing a terrible job. This place is not cleaned between customers and they are lazy when it comes to giving a dip manicure and/or acrylic. I've had dip chip off after 2 weeks when it's supposed to last 4. I've also had my acrylic ripped off of my nails instead of being soaked off - to keep from destroying my nails. The techs are lazy and don't care. Don't waste your time at this nail salon!
First; the online booking system works! I love that they use this system for appointments. Made it so easy to get in on a busy Saturday where they had to turn down walk ins. Second; I got a deluxe pedicure. Wasn't the best pedi I've ever received but was okay. $45 and it included your standard stuff (nail cleanup, filing, buffing, etc.). No "cheese grater" as some people call it but did the callus buffing (my feet were smoother but not what I was hoping for her to achieve). There was also a special scrub/lotion combo included (I got the Vitamin C scent). It was nice but nothing special. Then they did a hot towel treatment on my legs and feet, and afterwards began to do polish. It was a good job but for a "deluxe" pedicure I expected more... maybe some hot stone massaging or something? The whole thing from start to finish was 30 mins. Next time I would just get a standard priced pedicure.
This place is just ok. It depends on who actually is doing your nails and the person who did mines rushed. So I would say to skip this place and look for quality.
Went today for a manicure, I had a gift certificate and that was all it took to get a bad attitude from the guy who was assigned to me (also I was the ONLY customer) he was sloppy and rough and when I asked him to take the polish off off my skin for the 2nd time he yelled in another language, put down his tools and walked off. My manicure was completed by someone else. NEVER going back
