False Advertisement! Salon flyers printed: $10 New Clients an affordable full service salon for men and women. Ann, owner sitting alone in dark, dingy salon lights off. I came in inquiring with flyer for a 2 inch trim off my long straight hair. Ann told me, "the $10 does not apply to me, my hair is too long, it's short haircuts like for men". She offered to charge me $20 plus tip to trim 2 inches! Do not trust this place!

1st review must be from owner...TERRIBLE cut, even worse customer service; I'm not sure these people are legal, much less say licensed! I asked to speak with owner on the phone "you got big boss now" in broken english and started screaming at me when I complained about service (didn't see how horrendous cut was until I got home and saw it). Went by today, and saw a young boy in only a hoodie holding a sign ON THE COLDEST DAY OF THE YEAR, no boots OR gloves....just awful place...go to Borics in the plaza in front and spend an extra $2!
I've been getting my haircut here since it opened. The owner, Ann, does a great job and is always accommodating. She specializes in men's haircuts. I drive from West Bloomfield just to come here and it's worth every penny. Her prices are very reasonable and are only $10 for first time customers. If you are looking for a quick, friendly, stylish haircut for a good price without all the commercialization of the mainstream salons this is the place for you. I highly recommend it.
