Would not recommend they are over priced and unprofessional. They have one good nail tech Ann. I came in to fix a nail and asked for assistance on picking a nail color. The worker said he could not help and proceeded to watch his football game. I asked if someone else could help me and he ignored and proceeded to watch his game...others were asleep in chairs or dying their hair.
Last time I walked in they were ALL ASLEEP in the pedicure chairs. It was very uncomfortable. One dude was snoring. The next person walked in & said "oh sorry, did I wake you up?" Kind of creepy. If you're not busy, clean the damn dirty place! Or sleep in the back, or in your car. They all park right in front too! Today they were, "5 more dollars for this, 5 more for that" Just a polish change is $25. There's got to be a better place.
This place especially the lady at the front desk is rude!!! And prejudice she gives black people a hard time every time and is combative when asked a question and the guy at the front that does nails is the same. The worst customer service ever! Do not go there it is not any hospitality and four different people will be working in you changing up as they go along doing your nails. But that lady at the front desk is the worst person ever and dies not care about you as a person. Don't go there you will be disrespected and not valued.
I am absolutely appalled with this place. I have gotten my nails done here a couple times before and haven't had any issues. Awhile later I decided I wanted to get a spray tan, so I decided to give it a go! Well as i'm in the room unclothed for my spray tan the front desk lady barged into my room while I was undressed. Not even knocking or giving me the privacy to at least get my clothes on. I stood there covering myself with my hands for a solid minute while she tried to mess with the spray tan machine. Mind you, the room was in the front of the salon so god knows who saw me when she opened the door to begin with. I am just shocked. I will never go to this place again.
Ive never had an issue here. The lady at the front has always been very nice to me. My nails never chip or crack here and the prices seem fair and they have proper sanitation in place. Ive always been happy with my service here I hope to continue to be a happy customer.
