omg worst salon I have ever walked into,I should of ran when the stylist had to run to a local hair place to get something for my hair she put I have no ideal what on my hairshe was only supposed to tone it I got there at 2 walked walked out at 5:30,my hair what ever the stuff was she put on my hair seriously broke my hair off it gave me achemical cut when I called to talk to manager she said oh we will take care of you I'll call you tomorrow which she never did,i certainly hope she's heard the last of me because she definitely has not I gave her a chance to make it right,she blew it

How is this place not more popular?! I went to Great Clips for a quick haircut but my preferred stylist wasn't there, and the one available BUTCHERED IT. My self confidence was out the window. So I started looking for other stylists in the area to fix it and landed here! I had no idea what I wanted my hair to do or how anyone could fix the uneven lengths of strands without making me look worse, but the stylist here managed to walk me through the cut and she did SO WELL. She made my hair exactly what I wanted it to be without me even knowing what I wanted. I was wondering about getting my hair dyed but was indecisive, so she let me have her contact to send her any fun hair color ideas and let her know if I had made a decision so I could think on it without making a regrettable decision. 100% recommend this place, and 100% recommend the stylist Lilly Hoffman. She was so friendly and understanding of my predicament, and the rest of the staff was just as kind as I waited for my turn. New favorite place to go for a haircut, Lilly went above and beyond, all for $15! Never going anywhere else for a cut again!
