Very disappointed. I asked for pink acrylic and came out with clear! I also asked for coffin shape (which is something i ALWAYS get) but was nothing close to it. Got my pedicure done and it was amazing, only reason why i added stars. I wouldn't recommend doing manicure sets here ladies especially if you're very picky of what you get.
First and last time here. Called days ahead to make an appointment. Walk in for my appointment told you wait, 15 minutes go by, want me to wait an additional 15 min. Why make an appointment? This is the problem with walk in salons. They will take whoever walks in regardless if it interferes with an appointment.
I have been getting my nails done for years in acrylic. I have not been happy with the place I was going so I took a chance and stopped by Li-En nail salon. They did an amazing job and I will go there from now on. I highly recommend them!
i have been going here for 3 years and yeah they're not the most fancy but the customer service is exceptional everyone is so kind and does there best to get you what you need. I have never been dissatisfied with their work. they even provide complementary drinks upon request. I love this place and if you're in the area i highly suggest you go here.

I went in today 6/8/19 to go get my nails done (acrylics & coffin shaped). The lady who did them did them under 30 mins, that should have been the 1st red flag. She misshaped them & I brought it to her attention, she started talking shit in her language to her coworker. She did not take her time what so ever, they are shorter than I wanted them to be, it was just an overall bad experience. Shitty ass work & shitty ass people. The guy told me it was going to be $30, & when I went to pay, the woman who did my nails said it was $35, cause they charge $5 to shape them. Okay? You could of told me that BEFORE. Did I tip her? Fuck nah. Let me help you, take your business somewhere else!
