Well 4 stars cause they're still hanging on ... went in to get some Stafford shirts for my husband ... they've gotten thinner and selection is scarce .. I looked in ladies section for Christmas party dress . Big no for me .
Had a purchased gift card for Sephora in JC Penney. Was told to bring receipt and we could get refund, since Sephora is no longer in JC Penney. Store associates were all very confused and called over store manager named Casey. She was rude, disrespectful, and argumentative. Not at all helpful or kind or caring. She wouldn't guide us to where we could get help. She refused to give any details of who she is or what her name is, though it was explained as reference to the company that we did try to seek help within the store. After much agony, a lesser manager in title (HE SHOULD be the store manager!) named Dennis assisted and tried his best to find solutions regardless the outcome. He was the only caring manager. * BUYER BEWARE- when shopping, expect a final purchase, expect poor customer service in this location. Treat everything as a final sale & it may not disappoint ... ? If they go out of business prepare for a loss to gift cards. Good luck

Great service but I'm now having to wear extensions for my hair at the salon I'm very mad but they were nice and did what I asked but it was just too short. I got it cut by Brittany but she did a great job just too short btw Brittany stayed after hours just to do my hair but It was just too short
