They charge to remove gel polish from your toes and tell you halfway through your pedicure. Horrible experience with getting my nails taken off and it took nearly 2 months for my real nails to grow back the lady was very rough and I did end up bleeding . Good luck !

Terrible customer service.. they're by far the rudest nail salon I've ever been too. Andy was the best nail tech in there, after I called and asked for his number because he quit from this horrible salon.. THE OWNER hung up on me. I knew she knew his number but didn't want to pass it along, which didn't make any sense because I would never go to anyone in this shop EVER. So glad Andy got away from these rude people. I'm sure he's prospering wherever he is!!
