It's very unprofessional to set an appointment for a gel manicure service and then turn a customer away when they show up because you don't remove acrylic...I've never heard of any nail salon that doesn't soak off or file off acrylic nails..this business is highly sus and needs to be shut down.

If you want dip I would avoid this place. I recently moved into the area and wanted to try someone new close to me since I only get dip on my nails. Within a day the dip power was coming off like fake nails. I went back and they fixed 2 nails but right after I left 2 more came off. I ended up going to another nail salon 5 days later and they told me whoever did this did not know what they were doing. The new nail tech literally took the dip off very easily with a file. Anyone that knows how dip world knows this is a bad thing to take dip off that easy. I did end up losing $45 but at least I found someone that can do dip powder correctly. Also I understand the need to lock their doors during this time of uncertainty but when it takes 5 minutes of knocking for someone who has an appointment it's ridiculous. It happened to me and many others both times I was in this place.
They lie about prices, and unsanitary conditions. No gloves worn, no autoclave, no sterilization between customers. I developed horrible nail fungus because they did a terrible job at not sealing the gap between my natural nail and acrylic fill. They attempted to fix it like no big deal using same tools they use on everyone else and not cleaning after either. Beware! Lee did the acrylic work and repairs and made them look awful. Uneven acrylic work, and didn't attempt to treat the fungus issue as he should have. I only noticed this after going home and reading about fungus and what a salon should be doing. PLEASE DO NOT GO THERE!! I can only imagine what you could catch getting a pedicure! They also over charge. 35$ for acrylic fill and gel polish? It says $17 for fill on price list on wall..... what is the extra $ for? Gel polish? I went twice thinking maybe a mistake was made.... nope. They do an unsanitary rush rip off job.
Spending hours in the nail salon and $40 just for my nails to break a week later. My nails typically last me 2-3 weeks tbh... as long as she took you'd think it would be quality work but NO NOT AT ALL !! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND !!
