Never again ... will i go there it was already 7pm it was my first time getting a pedi and the lady didn't even care about doing her job she had cut me and had the nerve to put alcohol on it and before making this comment i have saw someone had the same issue i really wish i would have seen the reviews before going!! and i want to say she properly didn't even sanitizer the tools due to the fact of where she had cut me it had gotten infected in the morning i am so disappointed on this place i really wish no one goes here and go through what i went through.!!

DO NOT GO HERE! They had us wait an hour for a pedicure that was not worth the money. When I expressed I was not happy with the pedicure as it did not meet my expectations. He said I could go somewhere else. In my opinion, they take advantage that Del Rio has limited places to get Nails&Feet done. If I could give this place less then a 1 star I would of. They do not deserve anyone's business.

Very rude staff, as a small business in a small town they should value customer service and customers. The market is not big and there are many other competitors in the area. If the neglect in service continues I don't expect this place to last long.

Never again...I'd give it less than one star if there was an option. Terrible service, way too expensive for basic stuff, and a very hostile environment...guy was not happy to be there and it showed in his interaction with his customers. It was hard enough to understand him with the language barrier and his super soft voice yet he never bothered to take the mask off so I was guessing what he was saying the entire time. It was impossible to communicate. I'm certain I didn't hear him right...$30 for a manicure alone?!!!!!! That's outrageous! When I finally decided on just a full set of acrylics...he did the first few nails and they had a deep purple tint due to the purple solution he was using...looked awful like I was sick or something....had him take it all off...he wasn't happy and pretty sure he was cussing me out the entire time in Vietnamese. Tipped him anyway but regretting it now.

Sliced my foot open on a pedicure. Twice. Didn't even offer a discount. She clearly felt bad but the lack of discount was strange. It was a bad cut too, had to change bandaids 3 times. They also poured rubbing alcohol on my cuts which hurt worse than the cut. The paint job was fine.
