Went in for a spa day with my wife and daughter and ended up getting completely taken advantage of!! No pricing spoken of for my daughter's nails ended up getting charged a ridiculous amount of money for them!! Ladies were really nice but started commenting right away of my wife's and daughters purses calling the BOUGIE!! They figured because we have nice stuff they could poke my eyes out and they did exactly that!! Stay away from this salon!!
I was not satisfied with the service, not very friendly and nails were thick. Just was not a good experience at all. If I could give 0 stars I would have.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE! PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! I came here with my mom and asked for a full set with leopard print on 4 fingers . She did my nails and it looked NOTHING like the picture nothing like leopard... When I asked her to remove it she started giving me attitude... she saw that I didn't like it and said that she'd give me $5 off design (design is $10) so she completely removes the design now I just have colored nails and when it's time to pay she charges me $50 dollars... should've been $40 because I did not have a design anymore. Not even the $5 off like she said. I told her about it and she said I wasted her time. And I said YOU DID NOT know how to do the design. How is that my fault!? Didn't say anytime else to me and ignored me. Super disappointed.. I used to come here every month for many years growing up, before I moved away 5 years ago when it was owned by other people. I have been told by many people that the people that work here are always high on something. I am happy to tell everyone I know not to go here.. Go anywhere but here! Also forgot to mention when she started she used the same towel from the person before FULL of clipped nails and dirty shavings! Disgusting !!!!!! NEVER EVER AGAIN!
love this place. Great service. they always remember me and they're so sweet. My toes and nails looked ROUGH when I started coming here, now they actually look so good.
I had the worst experience ever at this place! First of all they are so unsanitary this guy bill who was doing my nails was working without a mask on coughing all over my hand he kept getting up and excusing himself to go to the back room and will leave me there for minutes at a time. Also my daughter and I wanted pedis and they kept forcing us to change what we wanted it's like you were paying them for them to do whatever they wanted. And to top it off the place is full of many cockroaches running all over the place they are even on the massage chairs it is so filthy and disgusting and it smells horrible in there! It's by far the nastiest nail business I have seen now I understand why they have no business they need to close down.
