Best service I have ever had. I started with no nails now look at them! These are my natural nails. I always get the dip nail service. Helen takes price in her work and has my nails the healthiest they have ever been.

I have been to MULTIPLE nail salons in Medina and given each a fair amount of appointments to "prove" themselves. I was starting to lose hope that I would ever find one worth the money, that is until I gave Lavish Beauty Lounge a chance. I won't go anywhere else. At Lavish, I never feel rushed, I have yet to break/chip a nail, and I have never walked out with bloody cuticles, (ALL have been issues for me at other salons in Medina.) The nail techs pay such attention to detail and use nothing but the highest quality (and sanitary) tools and products. My nails have never looked better! I can personally guarantee, you won't regret making an appointment at LBL!

Posted this on their Google as well, but... The best nail salon I have been to in all of Northeast Ohio. Such a clean, modern establishment with the friendliest, most accommodating staff I have encountered in any industry. I read a review here before scheduling that said appointments are difficult to snag, but that is only because of the sheer number of RETURNING patrons. People love the work ethic and results so much that they are willing to schedule weeks, months in advance to secure a spot. My experience: I had an appointment (first time) scheduled several weeks in advance, and my wait was virtually non-existent. Just call the shop ahead and make sure they are ready for you. Helen was such a fun conversationalist, insanely personable, and down to earth. Nails: I requested a trendy nail art with a picture from Instagram, but with almond nails and more colors. Helen took the inspiration and made it her own while simultaneously making the art so much better than what I envisioned.

Great service and quality! Don't waste $ by going anywhere else. Best nail salon in Medina. I recently started getting shellac on a regular basis. It's a treat, just like my husband's golf league 1 hour to myself every 2 weeks makes a huge difference in my mood and confidence. I've visited 3-4 other salons and won't need to visit anywhere else. As long as my budget allows, I'll be a regular here

Helen is meticulous at her craft! Tommy is neat and efficient...Callie is always accommodating, organized and friendly...together they create a 10/10 "Red Carpet Experience!" The result of my gel manicure and pedicure is flawless! The mom/daughter day - priceless! The facility is pristine and adhering to strict protocols for COVID readiness. The staff, the spa, the service is OUTSTANDING!
