I would not go to this place, the people that work there have very little experience. They burn you when they give you a wax. There's no consistency! They charge you if you're late. But will change your appointment with not even a thought of your time! My advice is stay away and save your money.
Morgan did an amazing job fixing my color! She took my hot mess old dye jobs and uneven grown out bob and transformed them into a beautiful balayage.
Had my second deep tissue massage with Stefania. She does a fantastic job. Finds and really works out all my knots.
I received the absolute worst haircut of my life at this salon! I would not recommend this place to anyone. They did refund my money but unfortunately can't give me my hair back.
Got a fabulous massage by one of the best, Marianne! This is one of the friendliest and professional hair salons/spas I have ever been in. The owner, Lori, is wonderful and the staff is always cheerful. I love the fact that you can get a massage and not hear the sounds or smell of the hair salon part. I always go when I am in Ohio visiting my Mom, and it is wonderful to know that she is well taken care of with hair, nails and massage while I am living out of state. Kudos to all of you at Reflections, keep up the great work!
