This is not towards the stylist but towards whoever schedules appointments. I called to make an appointment for my son for his first haircut he is 5 months old. I asked for someone who was good with kids, however once I walked in I noticed this was not so much a place for children's haircuts. I however trusted that they scheduled me with someone who was good with kids haircuts, bc that's common sense. The stylist was nervous and seemed like she didn't really cut kids hair. My sons hair came out horrible and like I said I don't blame the stylist bc she was just doing her job but whomever schedules, I had to pay for another haircut just to fix his hair. So please don't just use people for their money if your not sure if someone can do the job just be upfront. Thank you!
Today was my first time visiting Salon 11, also my first time getting my hair done professionally. The whole experience was amazing. As soon as you walk in the door you are greeted and offered something to drink which is nice. My stylists name was Rigell and she is very sweet and professional. I highly recommend her! I will definitely be seeing her again to keep my highlights looking gorgeous! I'm very happy with my hair and my overall experience at the salon.
