I had a very pleasant experience today. Kevin did an excellent job with dip nails and gel polish toes. The shop is aesthetically pleasing and very clean. Safe sanitary practices were in place snd followed by all.
This is the BEST nail salon by far in my books. I definitely found my permanent nail salon. I just have powder on on my nails. No tips!!Bella is so sweet and she answers my questions and if I don't understand she explains it. Everyone in there is always smiling ! Everything is so clean and well organized!
The attitude of some of the nail techs is terrible. I went to get my nails done and witnessed them saying "really? after all that time you took picking out your color, you're gonna choose funny bunny?" to another lady. I thought it was extremely rude to the costumer, and it was the actual owner of the salon saying that. I then asked for gold foil on my nails they look at me and say "that's expensive" instead of "it'll be extra" or something of that sort. I understand they have to let people know that it'll be an extra charge but it makes people feel like they can't afford it because "it's expensive." Yes my nails came out good but it's really not worth dealing with the bad costumer service. I'm paying to pamper/spoil myself not to be put through stressful situations like that.
well I came in and they understood me what I wanted and so I thought it was gonna be an amazing experience but than my lady who was doing my nails and she cut me, slapped my hand when i flinched after she cut my hand and my nails are not straight at all they are cut sideway! I'm very upset about this because I paid $50 and I believe there is nothing wrong with spending money on myself but I just won't come back they where mean and it made me very uncomfortable so it was this weird silence! all I have to say is don't go unless u like for ur hands to look weird and u want silence
I would not go back to this place. I waited almost an hour to get my nails done. The technician was very rude to me. I got a gel French manicure. It lifted off the very next day on three different fingers. I went back to have them fixed, which someone did but they did a poor job and had to redo them again. They peeled off the second day after that. Very poor service. Would not recommend.
