If your business is By Appointment Only, then say that on your website. Walked into a nearly empty shop. One customer getting a haircut, one waiting. 3 stylists. Yet, I have to come back in 2 hours?! Covid ruined the customer experience. No walk-ins on a Sunday? The shop was almost empty!
Jazz is amazing! Jazz has been doing my hair for two year's now for everything from job interviews to my wedding and has always done an excellent job. I would definitely recommend Lady Jane's for anyone that wants a excellent haircut without spending an arm and a leg.
I wanted my hair shortened by a few inches and layered. When the stylist was finished I politely requested that my hair be shortened a bit more. This must have annoyed her because she proceeded to very rudely tell me that I had not originally asked for that length and told me that I "had to use my words". I had provided a picture. She then gave me a lopsided bob with no layering at all. I paid and left before any more damage could be done. Don't come here
Do yourself a favor and don't come here and get a haircut. Called and scheduled an appointment turns out there's no reason for this. Guy just walked in without appointment and was seen right away. I am a very patient person and waited about an hour. Me and my kid.
Nobody answered the phone and no VM box. So I finally went in on my lunch and scheduled an appt for 7:15pm. Arrived 5 minutes early and sat waiting until 7:45 so I just left. I'm a student working long hours in a local clinic and don't have a lot of free time so having my time in the salon plus the drive time was gutting and unprofessional. I understand places are short staffed but don't make appt's if you can't keep them!
