Second time I tried this place. 1st time I had appt. w/ a friend and they made me wait over 45 minutes for the service (with appt.). Just now, I made appt. for 3:30 - they told me to come earlier if I could. I got there about 3:25 and they didn't get started on my pedicure until after 3:50. The gal couldn't understand me, I asked her for a stronger massage and she never changed the strength. I asked for something to drink and they never brought anything (I asked twice). I actually was going to get a gel manicure as well but decided to leave and go somewhere else. Honestly, the customer service was horrible.
The best spa experience we have ever had. Atmosphere, Customer Service, and attention to detail we're all 10/10. Their recommendations turned out wonderful as well. Highly recommend!!
This is the second time I've made an appointment and waited over an hour. Lack of service with not pushing back cuticles in pedicure and trimming cuticles. Very disappointed. The woman next to me also waited over an hour and had an appt; both very disappointed in this business.
My appt for same service was 20 minutes less then the time before?
Hi. Yesterday morning (4/15/23), got my nails done. And while she (not giving name) doing my nail, her co-worker have been talking to each other during work. They talked each other from starting my nails to finished my nails. And I don't like her to twisted my hands around so she trim, glued and filed my nails. It's hurt and both of my arm and hands are very weak. Also I don't like her to pull my arms. She do need to do that at all. Both of my arms and hands are very arthritis.. Please be very careful.
I requested to have a previous set of gel x nails removed nothing else. I waited more than 20 minutes to be assisted even after a couple employees were free. The lady who attended me did a half ass job, she was ready to leave. I still have some of the gel on my fingernails after "she finished"! Not to mention she burned me a couple times while using the machine to take the gel off. Don't recommend them even for a simple job.
