They never have open spots for walk ins. They Claim to accept walk ins bu this has never been the case. There are lots of open barber chairs so obviously they don't treat there employees very well.
I've been coming here for several years. Typically am treated very well. Today I came in with a full head of hair that needed attention. I asked the stylist (Cecilia) for advice and she had zero. Just demanded I tell her what I want. When I continued to give an idea of what I was going for in wanting to keep the length but just clean it up and make it presentable. She started in just hacking the shit out of it. She gets it whittled down to what she was good with and I just told her to go ahead and take it all off at this point. She gets angry and starts running clippers as fast as she can just ripping through my hair. At this point she's visibly upset and any care or quality went out the window. I left her a 20$ tip on top of paying for my cut in hopes that maybe she will treat the next person a bit better. I am leaving with the absolute worst cut I have ever received in my life.. I'm going to schedule someone else to fix and finish the mess that was left on my head. I would not recommend cicilla
Hairdresser up sold my 16 year old son for a shampoo. When he was done the total was $4 more than was normal. Plus, his hair is uneven on the sides. The hairdresser had blonde hair and glasses. Freaking ridiculous! Up selling a 16 year old?? Bad business!

Nice place! Definitely a guy's vibe, comfy chairs, flat screens with Spotscenter on, sports memorabilia, nicely played so far! You sign in... I had no appointment and was introduced to Cassandra! Super nice lady... asked me what I was looking for in a haircut and proceeded to giving me the works! I had long hair coming in! I was growing tired of the balding in the front, shoulder length in the back look... not to mention the junior Duck Dynasty beard! Cassandra went to work! A half hour later, including scalp massage and wash I looked like a new man! I just finished my third haircut with Cassandra and I will go no where else!
